Extend your Stay in Baslow Village
Baslow is a pretty village on the edge of the Chatsworth Estate just 4 miles from Bakewell. We have a wonderful array of shops, pubs and restaurants on our door-step! Wander around Baslow Village after lunch and take a souvenir home. You may fancy walking to Chatsworth House from Rowley’s – ask a member of our team for more details or see below for a walk to Chatsworth, Edensor and Pilsley.
Fischer’s Baslow Hall
Our sister restaurant, Fischer’s, an elegant Derbyshire Manor House with eleven individually styled bedrooms decorated in either traditional ‘Country House’ style or ‘Contemporary Chic’. The heart of this home is its Michelin-starred dining room. Head Chef Rupert Rowley’s cooking is always evolving. He combines classic favourites with more modern combinations relying heavily on British produce in season. The abundance of herbs and vegetables during the summer months at Baslow Hall and High Ashes Farm in Barlow supplement the Kitchen and create innovative dishes.
