Selected Yorkshire Cheeses Cheese biscuits, homemade fruitcake, grape chutney, celery, pickled onions Shropshire Blue The cheese was first made in the 1970′s at the Castle Stuart dairy in Inverness. It is a soft blue cheese made from pasturised cows milk, it has a deep orange brown colour, natural rind and a strong sharp flavour with a slightly tangy aroma. “Real Yorkshire” Wensleydale Handcrafted at the Wensleydale Creamery to a time honoured recipe using milk from cows grazing the sweet limestone meadows. This cheese has a mild, fresh, clean flavour and a honeyed aftertaste with a crumbly, flaky texture. Tymsboro This pyramid shaped goats cheese is covered in ash & white mould, has a fluffy curdy texture with a little softening under the rind and a lemony almond taste Ford Farm Mature Cheddar This has a wonderful flinty texture and a distincly savoury flavour with a refreshing sharpness	£6.00
