Selected Yorkshire Cheeses Cheese biscuits, homemade fruitcake, grape chutney, celery, pickled onions Traditional Red Leicester Cloth matured for a minimum of six months to allow this crumbly cheese to develop delicate toasted flavours “Real Yorkshire” Wensleydale Handcrafted at the Wensleydale Creamery to a time honoured recipe using milk from cows grazing the sweet limestone meadows. This cheese has a mild, fresh, clean flavour and a honeyed aftertaste with a crumbly, flaky texture. Cherwell Goats Cheese A very small produced cheese with an almost mousse like texture and hints of lemon zest, white wine and green walnuts on the palate “Shepherds Purse” Buffalo Blue Made using buffalo milk which gives the cheese a soft, creamy and luxurious smooth texture which is tangy and surprisingly light on the palate	£6.00
