Develpoed from the Traditional Wensleydale Blue Recipe which has been extint since the 1960’s this cheese is made from cow’s milk and matured for 10 weeks giving it a creamy texture with a full round and mellow taste with a hint of swetness

Buffalo Blue
Hand made from locally sourced Water Buffalo milk in Yorkshire, the cheese is soft and creamy in texture with a smooth and tangy flavour

“Real Yorkshire” Wensleydale
Handcrafted at the Wensleydale Creamery to a time honoured recipe using milk from cows grazing the sweet limestone meadows
this Cheese has a mild, fresh, clean flavour and a honeyed aftertaste with a crumbly, flaky texture.

Ryedale Garlic & Herb
Made using white Cow’s milk to an age olde recipe this is a delicate cheese which takes flavouring well.
